The owner, Shelly Stouder Maestri, and her team of stylists believe that finding the perfect dress is emotional and deserves extra personal attention. Their focus is to offer friendly and knowledgeable service in a relaxed atmosphere where brides don’t feel rushed.

Bustles and Bows offers a wide variety of products and services including bridal gowns, bridesmaid’s dresses, flower girl dresses, accessories and attendant gifts. Services such as alterations, cleaning and heirlooming are all available inside the boutique.

An exciting event is coming up at the Metairie store. The boutique will be holding a Sample Sale on August 20th and 21st with a preview day on August 19th. All regular priced dresses will be cleared out so the racks can be filled with gowns to be sold for discounted prices. “This is a great opportunity to get a beautiful designer dress for a fraction of the cost.” The prices will range from $99.00 to $1,000.00. Alterations are not included in the price, but are available on some of the dresses. Other items will also be sold at discounted prices including bridesmaid dresses, accessories and veils.

We opened on June 1st and it has been non stop ever since.
We had our launch party on June 16th and welcomed over 200 guests into the space for the reveal. We have really been enjoying getting to work so closely with the best vendors in the city.
